FAQs
Neverland has Single, 4 , 8 and 12 class coupons package.
According to your member type, the coupon price will be different, the member types are Adults or Students.
The validity period of the class package is calculated on the day of purchase. Each package has a different validity date.
Neverland 設有單堂、4堂 及8堂 (有效期2個月) 及12堂課堂套票 (有效期3個月) 讓大家選擇購買。根據你的類別，價錢會有不同，類別包括成人及學生。
Please pay attention to the price list. Class coupons package is NON-RUNDABLE and it CANNOT be transferred to others.
課堂套票不設退款，不可以轉讓他人使用。

All classes need to be booked from 1 day before.
各學員可以在課堂前一天 用Whatsapp預約上課。
回覆預約時間：
Mon - Fri from 4pm-10pm
Sat - Sun from 11am - 7pm
We will reply booking confirmation message in office hour。
工作人員會在辦工時間內回覆閣下的預約。
If less then 3 students (KT Studio) / 2 students (Tsuen Wan Studio) booking 2hrs before class, that class will be cancelled.
如果在課堂前2小時，預約課堂人數不足 (觀塘 studio 3 人 ), (荃灣 studio 2 人 )，該課堂便會取消，學員可預約其他舞蹈班。
請留意，課堂套票不會因此而延期，請留意。
1. Need to purchase dance classes coupon. 需要先購買套票才可預約。
2. Online Booking is updating, members can book online later。網頁預約界面正在編寫中，將來就可在網頁上買堂及預約。
3. Book class by sending Whatsapp Message ( with Member no. Class Date. Time, Which Tutor) 現在需要用 Whatsapp預約 (要列明學員編號,上課日期，時間及老師名稱)
4. Only accepted ONE DAY before booking. 只接受一天前預約。
5. We only reply and check Whatsapp booking in BOOKING TIME as below:
我們只在以下時間回覆訊息
Mon-Fri 星期一至五 : 4pm 起
Sat and Sun 星期六及日: 11am 起
6. Booking are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and are confirmed by the Whatsapp message time.
預約以先到先得方式處理，店員會根據時間順序處理預約訊息
7. Please Do not send other messages once you have send a "Booking Message". Otherwise, your message will be jumped to the back and our staff cannot check your booking at right time.
請不要預約後又再send訊息查詢其他問題，因為你的訊息將會跳到最後 (更新時間).
8. Staff will reply booking confirmation message to you. If class is full, staff will ask to mark in waiting list
收到你的預約訊息，店員會回覆確認訊息。如果課堂已滿，學員可考慮加入後補名單，當有學員突然取消預約，店員會通知後補學員。
Booking can be cancelled before 2hrs of dance class by sending Whatsapp message.
Otherwise, class couponed will be deducted.
學員如果需要取消預約，必須在課堂開始前 2小時以 Whatsapp 通知，否則，課堂套票將會被扣除。
Class will be cancelled if less than 3 members book Class (Kwun Tong Studio), 2 members (Tsuen Wan Studio)
課堂開始前兩小時，如果不足最少3人預約(觀塘舞室)，2人預約 (荃灣舞室)，當天課堂將會取消。
堂票不會扣除，有效日期也不會順延。
Single Class is valid for 1 month, 4 and 8 Classes coupons is valid for 2 months, 12 classes coupons is valid for 3 months and it is counted from purchasing date.
購買 1 堂有效日期是1個月; 購買 4 / 8 堂課堂套票有效日期是2個月，購買 12堂課堂套票有效日期是3個月，由購買日當天計算。
Member should use all dance class coupon within expiry date.
Expiry date can be extended for 1 month if you purchase 4 class coupons or above within 7 days from expiry date. Otherwise, all dance class coupons CANNOT be used.
學員必須在有效期內使用套票，學員可以在有效日期日後7天內購買4堂套票或以試套票續堂，否則作廢。
如果課堂因預約人數不足而取消或老師請假cancel 課堂，一般情況下是不會延長堂票有效期的。
If class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or teacher take leave, the validity period of class tickets will not be extended under normal circumstances. This is based on the following terms:
1. 堂票價格設定便宜及長有效期使用
2. 學員可以在有效期內預約任何舞種的課堂，不是單一課堂
3. 每班在課堂前1hr 最少有2人預約，就會開班
4. 過了有效期，堂票便會作廢。學員有責任自行在有效期內用堂票，如同有折扣劵一樣，過了期就會作廢。
5. 為了讓學員能有舒適體驗，有堂票過期了，在有效期7天內自行在網上購買堂票，就可續堂。(期限請細看條款守則)
6. 本學院升級了線上購票及預約系統，讓學員可24hrs 隨時購買及預約課堂，所以，一旦過了指定期限使用堂票及續堂期限，一律不會破例續期。
• Pricing & Validity: Our class credits are priced affordably and already come with a generous validity period.
• Flexibility: Students can use their credits to book any dance style offered, rather than being restricted to a single specific class.
• Minimum Enrollment: Classes will proceed as long as there are at least 2 students booked 1 hour prior to the start time.
• Expiry Responsibility: Once the validity period ends, credits will become void. It is the student's responsibility to use their credits within the timeframe, similar to how a discount coupon functions—it cannot be used once expired.
• Renewal Grace Period: To ensure a smooth experience, if your class tickets have expired, you may renew/reactivate them by purchasing a new package online within 7 days of the expiry date. (Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for specific duration details).
• Automated System: Our academy has upgraded to a 24-hour online booking and ticketing system. Therefore, once the credit validity and the 7-day renewal grace period have passed, no exceptions will be made for further extensions.
學員可在課堂前 10-15mins 到達 Studio，在前台 scan 預約的QR Code 簽到。
課堂人數會影響老師的薪金，請學員緊記需簽到。
觀塘 Studio 有學員休息空間，學員可在等候區等候上堂就可以了。
Students may arrive at the studio 10–15 minutes before class starts. Please check in at the front desk by scanning your booking QR code.
As class attendance affects the instructors' compensation, please remember to scan in for every session.
Our Kwun Tong studio provides a student lounge; you are welcome to wait in the waiting area until your class begins.
Dance class coupons can be used for joining different regualr classes.
Members should use it within expiry date.
課堂套票必須在有效日期內使用，學員可使用套票參加任何恆常舞蹈班的舞蹈課，個別班別不足人數開班，並不能因此延續課堂，學員需根據狀況，在指定有效日期內使用套票。

Neverland have designed a dance class " Start to Dance" for those who never learn dancing.
Tutor will teach basic body movement, rhyme and beat counting, basic dance technique.
You also can join Hip Hop and Jazz Funk (Basic Level).
Neverland 歡迎任何人士參加neverland舞蹈班，所以亦設計了專為初學者而設的流行舞蹈班: Start To Dance (零基礎 Beginner )，Jazz Funk (基礎Basic)及Hip Hop Funk (基礎Basic)
學員可在此課堂了解流行舞/街舞課堂的節奏、基本舞蹈動作、身體協調、節拍感等...
1. Please arrive 5 mins before dance class begins. 學員可在課堂前5分鐘到達準備。
2. Wearing sport outfits, sport shoes 穿著運動服裝，波鞋。(不可在舞室內穿著鞋、涼鞋、拖鞋等….)
3. You can bring your personal water or buy in neverland. 可自備飲品，neverland亦售賣飲品，可以在休息期間飲水。
4. Wating is NOT allowed in studio. 不可在舞室進食。
5. Video/Photo is prohibited without tutor approval. 除導師及職員准許下，才可拍攝
6. Please take care and safeguard your own personal belongings. Neverland is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
貴重物品必須攜帶入舞室，學員有任何損失，一概不會負責。
需要視乎取消課堂通知的時間。
如果老師因個人理由，在課堂開始前1小時內才通知不能授課 (7pm 課堂，老師在 6:05pm才突然通知取消)，neverland 會順延已預約課堂的學員堂票7天。否則，堂票有效期都是不會順延的。
It depends on when the cancellation notice was given.
If the tutor cancels a class for personal reasons within 1 hour of the scheduled start time (for example, a 7:00 PM class cancelled at 6:05 PM), Neverland will extend the class tickets validity by 7 days for all students who were booked for that session. Otherwise, no extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
